COVID-19
May, 2022
Dear Ilarion Residents, Family, and Friends;
Please wear your mask while visiting and delay any visits if you are not feeling well.
Ways to protect yourself and your loved ones:
-
Practice proper cough and sneezing etiquette. Sneeze into the bend of your elbow. If you are using a tissue, discard the tissue immediately into a plastic bag-lined garbage can. Wash your hands.
-
Wash your hands often with soap and water: if soap and water are not available, use at least a 60% alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
-
When you wash your hands, make sure you wash them thoroughly (in-between fingers, etc.) for at least 20 seconds. 20 seconds is like singing the Happy Birthday song twice.
-
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
-
Prepare food with washed hands and wash your produce.
-
Avoid close contact with people that are sick.
-
Avoid unnecessary outings.
-
Avoid large crowds and practice social distancing.
-
Do not shake hands, hug or kiss.
Contact Healthline, 811 if you have any of the following symptoms:
-
Fever, chills, runny nose, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, and breathing difficulties.
