At Ilarion Seniors Residence, we offer programs for all of our tenants who live in Assisted Living, Life Lease, and Independent Living. We provide weekly programs such as; Exercises, Movie Matinee, Cards, Bingo, Bocce Ball, Musical Entertainment, Excursions, and much More!

Welcome to our home
Ilarion Seniors Residence is a seniors complex located in the Nutana Suburban Centre neighbourhood of Saskatoon, one block east of Market Mall Shopping Centre. Ilarion consists of two buildings, Ilarion Residence and Ilarion Village, which are physically joined. Ilarion offers three different housing options:
Independent Living rental suites: four studio, 92 one-bedroom, and 14 two-bedroom suites in Ilarion Seniors Residence, on two floors.
Assisted Living rental suites: 25 studio suites, three one-bedroom suites, and two one-bedroom plus den on the main floor of Ilarion Village.
Life Lease Units: three one-bedroom and 27 two-bedroom suites on the second, third, and fourth floors of Ilarion Village.
Additional recreational areas for tenants to use:
- Library (including computer)
- Lower and Upper lounge
- Coffee Bar
- Puzzle Tables
- Pool and Shuffleboard Tables
- Exercise Room
- Beauty Salon
- Guest Room (available for rent to family and friends)
