Each apartment includes a modern kitchen, dining area, and living room. The bedrooms are spacious with a linen closet in the hall and a large storage area.
Rent includes four home cooked meals served in the dining room per month and all utilities. The resident is responsible for phone, cable fees, and wifi.
Independent Living tenants enjoy all the amenities Ilarion offers including the dining room, a full time program coordinator, and use of our facilities.
